Haha. Don't use headphones, and don't put the volume up too loud. You're probably going to jump, nothing you can do about that, but this really isn't that scary of a game, it's kind of like Silent Hill in that it plays on your anticipation.

If an adult was 'found' with no memory of themselves or who they are and the police were unable to identify them, and no one stepped forward to claim them, would they be 'let go' or would they be commited? alot of effect... i had an upper endoscopy last year.. since im hard to sedate, the doctor said he was giving me a hypnotic that causes temporary amnesia...and it sure worked.. rather creepy.. one minute i was in the examining room with hospital robes on and an hour and a half later i was fully dressed in another room, in the middle of a conversation with a nurse. I have to write this short story where someone suffers a violent blow to the head and becomes amnesic. But the victim's case is so severe that they wake up not being able to read or write or even speak. The person actually wakes up a bit primitive and instinctual.

Maybe faulty memory only pertains to what she does herself, but we are supposed to believe that she has a perfect memory for what others do, or don't do, or what they said, even if they don't do it to her, and even if she has no direct interest in it.
People remember threats to themselves. I'm sure that she will be able to repeat verbatim all the questions that the press and others are leveling at her now. She will have perfect recall of all of them 20 years from now.
Her memory of individual people, and her connection to them and any deals which were or are to be cut, well that will get much worse before it gets better.

Some people have already forgotten that our VP shot a man in the face and failed to report it for an entire 24 hours. Some people have forgotten that we are spending 2 billion a day to pump money into the hands of private contractors. Some people have forgotten that our troops and their families are not the ones benefiting from the constant flow of cash being diverted from our schools, our small businesses, our colleges, our communities- some people have forgotten. HOWEVER, some people- will never forget President Clinton cheated on his wife. Vote Hillary- she managed to forgive her husband- raise an intelligent daughter who stayed away from the party scene- and is currently running a hellava campaign for President.
