I've been doing a bit of research on retrograde amnesia, and several articles said that you can forget simple things, like where your cousin Joe lives and things like that. Many also said that the moments right before you lose your memory is the fuzziest. I was just wondering; is it possible to forget your own name for a little while? Thank you.If you have amnesia, is it possible to forget your own name?

Generally people who suffer from amnesia from a traumatic head injury, heal very slowly. They will begin to remember certain people, things and events but it is a very slow process. I have never known anyone with a severe head injury (resulting in amnesia) ever completely recovering all of their memory function,.pittsburgh restaurants book club recommendations

How do completely get rid of Amnesia?
I torrented Amnesia: The Dark Descent and I just bought it since my game glitched and I figured it was the torrent. So I bought the game and uninstalled the old version, then inserted the disk to get the fresh version. However it still has my settings and account and the torrented serial code... does anyone know how I can completely delete it so I have to start from scratch and enter in the legal serial code? How do completely get rid of Amnesia?

How do you know if you have epileptic amnesia?
I have epilepsy. After I had brain surgery, about 2 years afterwards, I started having some mini blackouts during the day but noone knew anything was happening. I kept doing whatever, would that be conversation, cooking etc etc.
Well how do I know if I have amnesia? I did some reading on epileptic amnesia and just curious if that's what I have....How do you know if you have epileptic amnesia?
I have epilepsy. You may be having some small seizures. My ex also has epilepsy. She had brain surgery. Her seizures started to return about 10 years after her surgery. It happens. Don't diagnose your problem on the internet. Let your doctor treat you.

"The Little Princess" (1939) and "A Little Princess" (1995) the father gets amnesia from combat wounds suffered in France in WW I.Which movies has a character that got amnesia in some way other than a car accident?
Korean movies/dramas are the first thing that I remember. Seriously, the issue of amnesia is always in the script. Some are ridiculous. Falling down can cause amnesia, falling down again cures it but then she/he bangs head in the kitchen, back to forgetting. Haha. I don't remember a lot of names, though.
Oldboy (Korean movie from 2003) is about Amnesia due to being abducted and being tortured for 15 years.
Anastasia, the animated movie from 1997 is about the girl falling and being unconscious and waking up not knowing who she was.
Harrison Ford's movie Regarding Henry is about someone getting shot and having amnesia.
Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind is about a self-induced amnesia. It's a beautiful one.
2006's Unknown is about 5 men who woke up at a chemical warehouse and pretty much forgetting who they are, all due to a chemical spill.
1995's A little Princess(one of my fav movies!) has a character with amnesia due to a gas poisoning.

Is it possible to give yourself temporary amnesia?
I was just wondering if there was a way to slip into a temporary amnesia. I'm NOT going to do it, of course. I'm very happy with remebering things; amnesia is just something that interests me. Personally, I would really hate to not remember anything. Is it possible to give yourself temporary amnesia?
You can't create amnesia. You can, however, employ what is called selective memory. We all do that. It's driven by selective hearing (among other things). A kid can be oblivious to what's said to him (like 'come in and clean your room) until he hears something that gets his attention (like 'anyone for ice cream?'...
There's a bottom line here....we can remember best what we pay attention to.Is it possible to give yourself temporary amnesia?
You can't FORCE it unless you have severe physical or emotional trauma. =)harry potter games online baja fresh coupons
