I agree, it's called a fugue state, or dissociative fugue.
Fugue comes from the latin "fuga" meaning "the act of fleeing".
(The musical term "fugue" has the same root; obviously a very different interpretation!)Amnesia.........?
If there is no history of trauma, drug or alcohol use it might be dissociative fugue.
