Is there any manga or anime where one of the characters has amnesia?

I would like a good manga or anime where one of the characters (doesn't have to be the main one) has memory loss or amnesia and eventually they recover their memories bit by bit.

Blood Plus- No romance though.
Kanon 2006- the main character has forgotten most of his childhood, I guess he sorta has amnesia!
