Should I start writting a book as an insurance against amnesia?

I never had amnesia, but if all of a sudden, I banged my head too hard and started to suffer from amnesia, I'll refer to the book that I wrote to tell me what to do, etc.Should I start writting a book as an insurance against amnesia?
