Is it possible for amnesia patients to completely forget skills and hobbies?

I am writing a paper and would like to know if amnesia patients who have forgotten their own identities and families can also forget how to do certain skills or hobbies? For example: if a man was an avid fisher, would he forget how to fish if he got amnesia or would it be like riding a bike and come naturally to him?
