Is it possible to get amnesia from hitting your head?

My friend hit her head against the tile floor at my house.

My friend had forgotten she had a cyst on the back of her head until Isaid something about it and I told her it could of popped and caused some damage on the way.

She's having trouble remembering things that happened that day and just random memories I would quiz her over.

Is it possible she has amnesia?Is it possible to get amnesia from hitting your head?
Please get her checked out by her GP. It dosn't take much to cause a concussion.
I suffer from that now and have been for several years aftera blunt trama to my head . I still am remembering things slowly . But even with pictures I still don't recall .Is it possible to get amnesia from hitting your head?
She may have forgotten she is brain-dead.
